The Restaurant Set-Up section allows you to configure key information about your restaurant, including contact details, ordering preferences, branding assets, order settings, and localisation options. This information is used throughout your online ordering page, so it’s important to keep it accurate and up to date.
Restaurant Information
Restaurant Name
The public name of your restaurant as it will appear to customers.
Example: Bella Napoli
Restaurant Description
A short description of your restaurant or cuisine.
Example: Authentic Italian Cuisine
Restaurant Address
The physical address of your location.
Example: 123 London Road
Restaurant Phone
A phone number customers can call.
Example: +44 7777 123456
Ordering Options
These settings allow you to control how customers can place orders.
Pickup
Enable to allow pickup orders.
Delivery
Enable to allow delivery orders.
Free Delivery
Enable if you want to offer delivery at no cost to the customer.
Disable Ordering
Temporarily disable all incoming orders.
Disable Call Waiter
Turn off the “Call Waiter” feature used for dine-in service.
Disable Continuous Orders
Prevent customers from placing multiple orders in quick succession.
Dine In
Enable if your restaurant supports dine-in ordering (e.g., via table QR codes).
Branding and Images
Upload images and logos to personalise your ordering interface. Follow the recommended dimensions for the best results.
Restaurant Wide Logo
Recommended: PNG, 650x120
Used in the header (light mode).
Dark Restaurant Wide Logo
Recommended: PNG, 650x120
Used in the header (dark mode).
Restaurant Image
Recommended: JPEG, 590x400
A photo of your restaurant, food, or branding.
Example: Interior of The Garden Bistro
Restaurant Cover Image
Recommended: JPEG, 2000x1000
A large banner image displayed at the top of your ordering page.
Example: A wide shot of the café or street view of Café Lume
Orders
Minimum Order
Set the minimum value a customer must reach to place an order.
Example: 0 (no minimum)
Average Order Preparation Time (in minutes)
The estimated time it takes to prepare a typical order.
Example: 15
Time Slots Separated in Minutes
Controls how time slots appear to customers for scheduling delivery or pickup.
Example: 10 (a time slot every 10 minutes)
Localisation
Currency
Select the currency used for orders and pricing.
Example: GBP
Money Conversion
Some currencies may require this to be unchecked to display correctly.
By default, this setting should remain checked unless instructed otherwise.
WhatsApp Contact
WhatsApp Number
A phone number connected to WhatsApp so you can receive notifications for orders.
Example: +44 7400 123456
