Our direct ordering system gives you flexible payment options so your customers can pay the way they prefer. You can accept:
1. Cash
Customers can pay with cash when picking up their order or upon delivery. No setup is needed—just enable this option in your dashboard or let us know.
2. Card Payments via Stripe
We use Stripe to handle online payments securely. With Stripe, customers can pay using credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Payments go directly to your bank account, and Stripe handles all the security and compliance.
How to Set Up Stripe
To start accepting card payments, you'll need a Stripe account and API keys.
Step 1: Create a Stripe Account
Go to https://stripe.com and click “Start now” or “Sign up” to create your account.
Step 2: Activate Your Account
Fill in your business and banking details to activate your account and enable payouts.
Step 3: Get Your API Keys
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Developers > API Keys.
You’ll see two types of keys:
Test keys – Use these to simulate payments while testing your setup.
Live keys – Use these once you're ready to accept real payments.
⚠️ Make sure you use live keys if you want to process real payments. Test keys are only for testing and won’t charge customers or transfer any funds.
Connecting Stripe in Your Merchant Dashboard
To link Stripe to your restaurant account:
1. Log in to your Merchant Dashboard.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Select Stripe Configurations.
4. Paste your Publishable key and Secret key (test or live, depending on your setup stage).
5. Check the box for “Enable Stripe for payments when ordering.”
Save your changes.
That’s it—Stripe is now connected, and your customers can start paying online!
